Body assembly, AES modified H204 applicator for Boix style with; cordset (heater + RTD) + SS cover.
Replacement body assembly for AES applicator 235407. No glue modules included.
Also compatible to replace the Nordson body assembly of applicator 274609 using the Boix module adaptors.
On a Boix tray erector the mount brackets of the 274609 are attached to the two outer hose port plugs with M8 screws. The top of the hex on the plug has been tapped to M8 to accept the screws for 2-3 turns only. The leverage placed upon these screws causes the thread in the plug, or the plug thread into the body, to strip.
AES redesigned the body to remove the 2 outer hydraulic plugs and ports and replace with an M8 hole with 15mm depth for secure anchoring of the mount bracket.
AES also removed the pneumatic porting in the body, because in most instances, the Boix module adaptors are used to mount the glue module further away from the gun body. The solenoid valve air piping screws directly into the back of the Boix module adaptor.
The glue module spacing is 41/59/41 mm.
