High‑Efficiency Tank‑Free™ Hot Melt Performance

With a melt rate of 4.5 kg (10 lb) per hour, this Tank‑Free™ hot melt system delivers profitability, reliability and safer operation for case and carton sealing. Designed for low‑flow, low‑volume applications, it excels in sealing, labelling, side‑seaming and small‑format packaging where precision and consistency matter.

The four‑channel dispenser supports up to four Plug‑Free™ applicators and four heated hoses, giving you flexible configuration options across your packaging line. An integrated 9 kg (20 lb) unheated hopper saves valuable space and features a clear lid, protecting operators from burn risks while making adhesive levels easy to monitor.

A user‑friendly touchscreen interface allows operators and maintenance teams to quickly adjust and monitor temperatures, flow rates and material usage. With a rapid 10‑minute startup, the system reduces energy consumption and minimises waste.

Melt‑on‑demand technology ensures adhesive is processed only as needed, conserving material and dramatically reducing downtime caused by charring. The first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) melt path maintains optimal temperature and viscosity, preventing thermal shock and ensuring consistent, high‑quality dispensing.
